Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that in paragraph No. 5 of the order dated 08.10.2014, it has been recorded as Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna instead of Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the main petition.

The order dated 08.10.2014 is modified to the extent that in paragraph No. 5 of the order, instead of Principal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38179 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 Judge, Family Court, Patna, it should be read as Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed of.
