JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The perusal of the impugned order goes to show that the trial of the petition has already been commenced and altogether three prosecution witnesses have already been examined and to procure the attendance of remaining prosecution witnesses, the trial court has already issued process.

The present case was lodged in the year 2000 but petitioner could be apprehended in the year 2015, therefore, taking note of his previous conduct as well as the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2000 corresponding to S.T. No. 518 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea is again rejected.
