2. The license of the petitioner was suspended after he was made accused in a case

Patna High Court CWJC No.5449 of 2020 dt.06-04-2022 2/3 involving violation of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, whereafter vide order dated 20.04.2019, his license has been cancelled.

3. The petitioner has not appealed against the aforesaid order.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was made known about such order of cancellation of license only recently and has not been given the copy of such order.

5. This Court, under the aforesaid circumstance, directs that in case an Appeal is filed against the aforesaid order by the petitioner within a period of 60 days, the Appellate Authority shall take up the Appeal and provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to explain his cause, whereafter the Appellate Authority shall pass a reasoned order within a further period of 60 days, which order shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
