Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Mukesh Mahto allegedly caused injury at the head of the son of the informant while Mukesh Mahto was in a condition of inebriation. In the subsequent occurrence, the petitioner and others allegedly assaulted and committed theft. Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25381 of 2021(2) dt.20-09-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumar Bagh O.P.) Police Station Case No. 267 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
