The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/469/468/471of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the Branch Manger of Allahabad Bank Noniya branch that the petitioner being the cashier of the bank did not deposit the money received from different customers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that last portion of the FIR suggests that the alleged amount was deposited through the fresh deposit vouchers. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10208 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar Motihari (East Champaran).

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
