====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/ 25(1-A) 25(1-AA) 25(1AAA) and 26(2) of the Arms Act. The allegation of the prosecution is that when the petitioner was apprehended, one country made loaded pistol along with four cartridges were recovered from his possession. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a young boy and is languishing in jail since 14.03.2017.

At the moment, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, on completion of six months from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33556 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 date of custody i.e. 14.3.2017, he may be enlarged on bail by the learned trial court on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 14th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017.

It is further directed that upon being enlarged on bail, the petitioner shall make his attendance before the concerned police station on every Monday at 10 A.M.
