Petitioner seeks bail in Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No.1059 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Deepak Kumar, Shivpujan Kumar and the petitioner were apprehended with scooty bearing Registration No.BR01CH-3048 and about five litres of liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2019. The other two accused, namely, Deepak Kumar and Shivpujan Kumar have already been granted bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
