The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner was appointed on the post of 'Mamta Karyakarta' at Primary Health Centre at Kuchaikote on 09.11.2009. Subsequently, it was found that she had submitted forged certificate of Class-8. Hence her appointment was cancelled. It is submitted that the order of termination was challenged by this petitioner vide C.W.J.C. No. 11926 of 2012, whereby the termination order was quashed as there was no requirement of educational qualification for being appointed on the post of 'Mamta Karyakarta' and subsequently, petitioner was reappointed by the order of Collector.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19360 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
