Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

This Court, under order dated 28.02.2018, had called for the report regarding the stage of trial. The report dated 13.03.2018 has been received from the Court below. It appears that out of 14 witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined till 13th of March, 2018.

It appears that the trial is nearing conclusion. Considering the nature of the allegation against the petitioner and the fact that he is the husband of the victim, this Court is not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11505 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Prayer is rejected.
