JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 10-04-2018 This appeal has been filed by the appellant Mahavir Paswan challenging the conviction order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Munger in Sessions Case No.245 of 1979 and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Jamui dated 26.3.2018 which goes to show that the sole appellant Mahavir Paswan has died more than 15 years back and the certificate and documents of the Panchayat in this regard have been enclosed along with the report of the Superintendent of Police. In view of the above, the appeal has been rendered infructuous.
