18-06-2015 After some argument, Sri Anish Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Mr. Md. Ansarul Haque, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the dispute was in between the uncle and nephew. The petitioner is nephew of the informant and due to land dispute, the said occurrence had taken place.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if within one month from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court
