2. The present writ application has been filed for securing the possession of the land for which settlement has been made in favour of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State has made preliminary objection submitting that the special law, namely, the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, [Bihar Act 4 of 2010] has been framed to deal such types of situation including securing the possession of the sufferer.

4. In this background, this Court directs the petitioners to avail their remedy of appeal as laid down under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, [Bihar Act 4 of 2010].
