31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Daudpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 304 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Mr. Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra.

Having considering the matter and perused the records, I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and seek regular bail where his prayer may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced to the order of this Court.
