The petitioner is accused in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 121(A), 122, 124(A), 323, 325, 427, 385, 386 and 395 of the I.P.C., section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act, sections 13, 16, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act and section 17 of the C.L.A. Act pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely by been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2018.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16723 of 2019(4) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner has criminal antecedent. He is accused in several cases. The witnesses have also supported the version of the prosecution.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
