The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 804 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to be the order giver. It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Rustam caused injury on the head of informant with Dabia. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. All the offences are bailable except section 307 IPC. There is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.13542 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 804 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
