The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.60 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 308, 354(B), 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ankita Jaiswal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case
