2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 10/2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/353/427/379/302/124 (A) /120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Section 3/4/5 of the Exclusive Substance Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused exploded land mines causing death of six police personnel and one civilian.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15373 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 only on suspicion. The petitioner is in jail since 08.01.2025 and he has seven criminal antecedents.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In this case, petitioner being member of Extremist group exploded land mines and thereby killed six police personnel and one civilian. Several incriminating articles were recovered and has got Seven criminal antecedents, this application is dismissed.
