In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kuchchila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 39255 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 17.9.2016 rejected the same with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year of his judicial custody.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36682 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 Sudarshan Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016.
