2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 467/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/313/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that it is a case of consensual sex. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents. The petitioners are in custody since 12.10.2023.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedents, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S.
