The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant. The informant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
It is submitted that earlier Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 was registered on 22.07.2014 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was granted bail on the basis of compromise. The informant did not make his son-in-law
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21179 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 accused in the case. Case after case is filed only to get undue share in the ancestral property.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
