Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 504, 506/34, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2017. There is allegation against the petitioner and others to have assaulted with Chura.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as the fact that there is no allegation of commission of any injury on the vital part of the body, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9316 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Katra Police Station Case No. 10 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
