The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4185 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.299 of 2018, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.- 1, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. The order dated 09.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4185

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24990 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 of 2022, is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
