ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 3 herein to dispose of the revision filed by them bearing No. BTPDS Control Revision No. 223 of 2023 pending before him at the earliest.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the revisional authority i.e. Respondnet No. 3 herein to dispose of the revision pending before him.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the BTPDS Control Revision No. 223 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
