2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186, 353, 379, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On 03.05.2024, the informant seized an overloaded sand truck, which was parked near the police station. Later, some persons arrived in a Bolero vehicle and one of them drove away the seized truck. When the informant started chasing them, the accused persons allegedly attempted to damage his vehicle, causing it to fall into a roadside ditch. The said truck was later found near Safia Sarai and brought back to the police station.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is neither driver nor owner of the alleged truck which is said to be over loaded with sand. He has also submitted that he is neither driver nor owner of the Bolero vehicle whereby the accused persons came to rescue the alleged truck.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
