2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 9, indicating that all admitted retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner.

3. Initially, after having recorded the fact that learned counsel on record for the petitioner had passed away,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6347 of 2016 (8) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 notice was issued to the petitioner which has also been validly served. However, today also nobody appeared on his behalf.

4. In view of the position emerging, the Court can only presume that all admitted dues of the petitioner stand paid and, thus, he has lost interest to pursue the matter.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

6. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the competent authority, if anything further according to him remains unpaid, which shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U
