Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No.270 of 2018 dated 26.7.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 376, 384, 387, 420,467,468,471,409, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that the petitioner in collusion with the other co-accused has killed her husband 13 years prior and got the job on compassionate ground.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even according to the FIR, the occurrence is of 13 years ago and the case has been lodged by one of the daughters of the petitioner but another daughter has stated before the I.O. that the case is false and concocted and has been filed with a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14445 of 2019(6) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 view to grab the job. It has also been submitted that the other co-accused persons against whom there is allegation of illicit relationship has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 13.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79448 of 2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No.270 of 2018 dated 26.7.2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
