3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jaynagar PS Case No. 409 of 2018 dated 23.07.2018 corresponding to GR No. 1054 of 2018, instituted under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.
