JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Vikas Kumar was apprehended with a suspected stolen motorcycle, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person, who flee from the place of occurrence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30977 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No.63 of 2015, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
