15-09-2017 Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14-06-2017 in Jamhor P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 30(A)/38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. The petitioner is in custody on an accusation that he was carrying huge quantity of countrymade liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to paragraph - 3 of the petition, submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and he has remained in custody sufficiently.
