JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13506 of 2015 for correcting the father's name of petitioner No. 1 as Dinesh Sharma instead of Ramjivan Singh. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in the main petition. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the name of father of petitioner No. 1 be read as Dinesh Sharma instead of Ramjivan Singh.

The order dated 16.04.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20377 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 disposed off in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
