The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.07.2017 in connection with C-2/445 of 2017/ 690 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act , 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated showing recovery of Nepali country made liquor. He submits that seizure list was not prepared in accordance with law and petitioner is having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50738 of 2017(4) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner Ramchandra Mukhiya be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ II - cum- Spl. Judge, Excise Act , Sitamarhi / concerned court in connection with C-2/445 of 2017 / 690 of 2017 .
