JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that when the informant's nephew objected the petitioner got his she buffalo entered in the paddy field of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the on account of grazing the paddy by she buffalo in the field of the informant, altercation took place and one Kamlesh Yadav resorted

No.6083 of 2018 (3) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 to firing but the nature of injury is simple, caused by hard and blunt substance and similarly situated co-accused person , Kamlesh Yadav has been admitted to bail vide order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61015 of 2017 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P. S. Case No. 211 of 2017.
