This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with CII Case No.49 of 2017 arising out of Case F.I.R. No.PR-167/2016-17 dated 19.3.2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 13(a), 32(1) and 28(1) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor an Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of huge quantity of liquor.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30621 of 2017 (4) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge or completion of three months in custody, whichever is earlier.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
