This is an application for bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 174 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 414, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)(a), 36 & 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of committing loot of pickup van and on chase petitioner was arrested and from his possession one country made revolver with loaded two cartridges was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for two months having clean antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33968 of 2017 (3) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the seriousness of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within nine months. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
