The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

On information that the co-accused Parshuram Mahto and Vijay Mahto are selling diesel of theft, the hutment of Brijnandan Rai was raided and from where 400 liter diesel were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that neither the seizer was made from the possession of the petitioners nor the petitioners have any criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and a statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no

Case No.5 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
