JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.162 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of IPC. Only allegation against the petitioner is that he bit on the right thumb of his wife and nothing specific with regard to allegation of making further demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage was solemnized in the year 2005 and there is no any previous allegation of making demand of dowry. Petitioner has been in custody since 25.03.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33610 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2 / 2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.162 of 2017.
