Petitioner seeks bail in connection Shahpur P.S. Case no. 265 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted and she is mother-in-law of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant has received information that her sister committed suicide by hanging herself due to torture made by her husband and mother-in-law. He further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that nothing

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, husband of the deceased is in custody and charge sheet has been submitted in this case, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
