The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the thatched house of the petitioner.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14159 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
