JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 06-04-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32685 of 2014 to the extent that the condition whereby the learned court below was given liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working at Pnne, hence, he will have to face difficulty to appear before the learned court below. The said condition was incorporated in the order keeping in view of the nature of accusation alleged whereby the accused persons assaulted the informant and his father inside the court room.

Keeping in view of the ground taken in the modification application, the said condition is modified to the

2atna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13439 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 extent that the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for three consecutive occasions.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.

Let the order be transmitted to the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 519 of 2013.
