The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that petitioner along with coaccused abducted her minor girl. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. From perusal of statement of victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, it appears that there is specific allegation against this petitioner and co-accused Karan that they forcibly took her on motorcycle.

In view of statement of victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named
