Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 21 (b) of the NDPS Act and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that one live cartridge and 8 tablets of Ativan 2 mg along with one Jio mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
