This is an application for bail in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 165 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of U.A.P. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and allegation is that when police raided the place arms were recovered from the accused persons and during course of investigation name of petitioner transpires and on the basis of which he has been made accused in this case and he has accused in five other similar type of cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has falsely

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 165 of 2016, G.R.No. 1460 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties in the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date fixed in court and failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine reason or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled, (3) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month
