(City Travelling Allowance) @ Rs. 642 per month which he was getting but had been stopped for the period May 2018 to January 2023 during which period the petitioner was transferred for on Job training as a Junior Line Man at Chausa within Buxar Electric Supply Division and then to Garhani Section of Electric Supply Division under Jagdishpur Division of SBPDCL for one year, but was continued there without any authority for 4 years contrary to guidelines of the Holding Company and also direct them to return the amount recovered from the petitioner for 2 months when he continued to get full H.R.A. and C.T.A."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer, SBPDC Ltd. Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.4 shall
Patna High Court CWJC No.4970 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 3/3 dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
