This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2686 of 2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has motivated a large number of persons for depositing money in a fake bank, which was not registered with the R.B.I. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only manager of that bank and not member of the management and now he is in custody for about three months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33594 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
