The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A, 384, 307, 429, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation is against the husband of the complainant, who has been granted provisional bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20469 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 undertaking to reconcile the issue.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that after issue was reconciled during restitution proceeding, the complainant was again being subjected to torture. Considering the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 2320 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
