1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P. S. Case No.1061 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504, 506, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that during the course of investigation, the police has come to a considered conclusion that it is not a case of murder, but an act of rash and negligent driving, on which the learned A.P.P. submits that if what has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is true, in that event, the offence would be
