The petitioners are in custody since 18.10.2017 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.106 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the F.I.R., the main allegation is against the husband of the deceased lady and these two petitioners, who are brothers-inlaw, have virtually no role to play. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
