JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 At the very outset, Sri Pravin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the case which has been sought for transfer has already been dismissed as withdrawn. He has produced a photo copy of the order dated 8.7.2014 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 39 of 2014. Let copy of the order be kept on record. The said case was filed by the opposite party/ husband of the petitioner. In view of the order dated 8.7.2014 whereby petitioner of Matrimonial Case No. 39 of 2014 was permitted to withdraw the petition, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, there is no need to keep the matter
Patna High Court MJC No.2063 of 2014 (4) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 pending.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for the opposite party as well as the fact that Matrimonial Case No. 39 of 2014 has already been withdrawn, there is no reason to keep the matter pending.
The present petition stands disposed of.
