Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
From possession of the petitioner, 125 cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2017. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that the investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Though three persons were arrested from the same motorcycle including the petitioner, the police has set up a case of recovery from physical possession of the petitioner.
Considering the period already undergone by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17215 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 petitioner and the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 54 of 2018 arising out of S.Kamal Police Station Case No.337 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
