Patna High Court CWJC No.5660 of 2016 (6) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 10-04-2017 It appears that the petitioner for the same cause has filed these two writ applications without disclosing in the subsequent writ application about the filing of the earlier writ application.

In such view of the matter, it is an act of fraud with the Court, in such circumstance, both the petitions are dismissed with heavy cost of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) that should be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority. In failure to deposit the amount, the Collector of the District will recover the said amount as a land revenue along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
